Still Waiting

Nothing is worse than someone breaking your
heart. To need somebody so badly and then to
have to let them go is hard. And as we grow older,
the more people break our hearts, the worse it can
feel each time.

Broken hearts are depressing, embarrasing and
difficult. Fortunately, heartbreak doesn't last
forever.

Let yourself let go

In dealing with a broken heart, the first thing is to
let go completely. If it was not meant to be, then
just let them go, and trust that someone better is
going to come along. If we go back to that person
who broke our hearts, they will see us as nothing
more than defeated, and we would risk
embarassment. A good way to just let go is to
resist the urge to return, and simply avoid calling
them on the phone, emailing or contacting them
otherwise.

Feel your heart

It's okay to feel bad. Take some time to feel bad.
Take a walk by yourself, or listen to some sad
music. There is value to every feeling, as every
feeling teaches us something new about ourselves.

Talk to somebody about it. A close friend will let
you vent all of your anger

As time goes on we
and move further and
further away into the 'past.' And as each day
passes by, the hurt will go away, little by
little, until
we don't even remember the pain at all.

Keep your eyes forward
The future is rushing towards us faster than
we can comprehend, and if we keep
our heads turned backwards, looking at the past,
we will miss seeing everything that the
future is bringing to us.

my say: this is true, so so true. but too bad, only people who have finished suffering will have the right to say such thing. this cant be a person who's experiencing heart break and typing all this, but more likely to be a person who has fallen in new love and reflecting on his/her past love.

ok. time for my blogging.. i cant help it but i must say.... mrs gay is so fake.

she loves well-known scientists. eg. james watson.

she loves them for being eccentric, and she tries hard to be like them.

stresses some tones in her sentences and wake the sleepy heads up in the audi, or simply irritate pple like me who is listening to class =)

takes off her granny's curtains and makes them into dresses and wear them to school.

she's getting dizzy over the DNA lecture now, with famous pple like francis crick, james watson, and lotsssss more.

she talks about them like they are her children.

she respects them more then she respect herself.

worse of all, she ACTS eccentric.

pissed me off in her lectures. argh.

hmmm. shall blog about NU QIANG REN later =) specially for weiliang, since u so interested XD
